Global Insights: J-1 Scholar Lecture Series

Join us as we explore U.S. culture and business. Global Insights sessions meet J-1 scholar cultural exchange requirements.

Description

  • Have you ever hired someone, thought the person was going to be great but it didn’t work out?
  • Is it sometimes difficult to identify and resolve an employee relations issue? Is the problem due to the employee’s lack of ability, skill, or interest in the job? They have difficulty having a good relationship with others?
  • The Diamond Employee model guides you in identifying criteria for a successful hire and in determining the real issues impacting employee performance and behavior. Participants will learn how to use the Four C’s to select the best applicant based on the hard and soft skills necessary for the position, and address employee relations or performance issues to help improve performance and build a cohesive and high-functioning team.
