Admin U Session 6: Business Communication

The Admin U certification series has been designed to provide both initial and ongoing training for those who serve the University in administrative support roles. The series is comprised of eight core classes that provide the foundation for all other classes.

Session 6, conducted by a team member from the Business Communication Center at the Jindal School of Management, will discuss and demonstrate best practices as they relate to email, letters, phone calls, and face-to-face communication as well as addressing how to effectively interact in a culturally diverse workplace.
