Bonnie Pitman at Virtual Sips & Science

VALUES AND COMPASSION

How can we become more compassionate? How do our brains accomplish compassion? What effects does compassion have on others and on ourselves? Join us for a special joint presentation by Daniel Krawczyk, who will tell us more about the biology and psychology of compassion, and Bonnie Pitman who will explain the benefits of leading a compassionate lifestyle. Bonnie will also teach us skills and methods for us to refine our practices to become more compassionate individuals.

This event is free of charge! The Center for BrainHealth would greatly appreciate if you would pay it forward by sharing with a friend.
