BBS professors Heidi Kane, PhD, and Meg Flanigan, PhD, explore various factors that affect sleep quality, address common sleep myths, and offer practical tips for better sleep. Stay after the talk for an interactive Q&A. Attendees receive a sleep kit filled with items specifically chosen to enhance sleep quality – and can enter a drawing for a surprise grand prize!

Our third annual Family Fair offers a whirlwind journey into the human brain – with games, food, arts & crafts, activities and surprises.
