BrainHealth Week 2025 launches at UT Dallas with a focus on ways to help students thrive through brain-healthy built environments, with principals at the award-winning architectural firm Perkins&Will. Stay after the talk to be among the first to experoience the library's exciting new installation, the Brain Recharge Station.

Let's Talk Sleep: Learn Insights, Tips and Strategies for Improving Your Sleep Based on the Latest Sleep Science
BBS professors Heidi Kane, PhD, and Meg Flanigan, PhD, explore various factors that affect sleep quality, address common sleep myths, and offer practical tips for better sleep. Stay after the talk for an interactive Q&A. Attendees receive a sleep kit filled with items specifically chosen to enhance sleep quality – and can enter a drawing for a surprise grand prize!

BrainHealth Week Family Fair
Families with children of all ages have a blast at this free community event, with appearances from famed NFL coach Jason Garrett, young author Shawn Letford, Indian dance instructor Uma Kymal and the team at KERA Kids. Our third annual Family Fair offers a whirlwind journey into the human brain – with games, food, arts & crafts, activities and surprises.
