The Deer Oaks Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential service provided for all benefits-eligible employees, their dependents, and household members 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Please join us Thursday, December 8 as we hear from Carolyn Knowles, Senior Account Manager with Deer Oaks, as she provides additional information about the Deer Oaks EAP and how to access these services. To register for this event, please click here.

This program offers a wide variety of counseling, referrals, and consultation services which can be accessed 24/7, and are all designed to assist employees and their families in resolving work and life issues in order to live happier, healthier, more balanced lives. The program offers up to 7 free counseling visits and a multitude of Work/life services.

All benefits-eligible employees and their household members may access services. This includes all benefits-eligible graduate student employees (RA’s, TA’s and GA’s). Employees have unlimited access to upcoming and past online seminars by logging in to the EAP website.
