This event is hosted by the BRIGHT Leaders platform.
Join Ellen Ammons, Director of Employee Relations & Talent Development, and Marco Mendoza, Senior Director & Title IX Coordinator in a session to discuss the employee grievance process at UT Dallas. This session will provide:
–(1) A review of the resolution options available to employees.
–(2) Insight into the roles of HR, ICET, and leadership during the process.
–(3) How each office determines the jurisdiction/policy that will guide the process.
In order to answer as many questions as possible within the time limits of the presentation, we are giving attendees the opportunity to submit questions prior to the event. Questions may be submitted, no later than November 11th, to BrightLeaders@utdallas.edu.
