Lisa Marie Resendez (Executive, Diversity & Inclusion Sourcing)– Lisa Marie (yes, her full first name) joined Cognizant in May 2022. Prior to her career with Cognizant, Lisa Marie worked for UT Austin as an Admissions Counselor. She is passionate about helping underrepresented populations reach higher education and equity in the workplace.  ​

Lisa Marie graduated UT Austin in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Bachelor of Art in Mexican American and Chicano/a Studies. Lisa Marie is from San Antonio, TX and currently lives in Dallas, TX. She has studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa and Beijing, China. Outside of work, Lisa Marie loves to travel, go to concerts, try new food places and adventure! She is a big fan of basketball, musicals and brunch!

Kelsey Brice (Manager, Diversity & Inclusion Sourcing Lead) - Kelsey joined Cognizant in 2014. She was the first Campus Recruiting Coordinator and focused on back end operational tasks. Two years later, she moved into a Recruiter role which led her to be able to interact with candidates in person and witness the full recruitment cycle. In 2021, she navigated back over to operations to lead and develop our team of recruiting coordinators. During the summer of 2022, Kelsey once again pivoted roles at Cognizant and is currently leading the Diversity & Inclusion sourcing team for Campus Recruitment .Kelsey graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  She is passionate about creating interactive experiences with candidates and new hires and helping them shape their professional journey. Kelsey lives in Texas and enjoys staying active by going to the gym and hiking with her puppy, Frodo. She loves to read, visit art museums, go to concerts and to travel!
