We invite you to join us on Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 2pm to 3:30 pm for a BRIGHT Leaders TLC session: Conflict Resolution.

Conflict in the workplace appears in many forms. It may come from an upset client, a difficult to please boss, a contentious co-worker, or even a member of your own work team. The challenge we face as members of an organization is not if we will have conflict, but how we will handle and seek to resolve it when it does occur.

Join UTD Talent Development Specialists Jillian McNally and Cynthia Sorto as they take a fresh look at the nature of conflict in the workplace and the important role we play in being a key source of resolving it successfully and creatively.
