We will be busing up to 50 students explore the inner workings of Intertek… with over 40,000 employees in over 1,000 locations in 100 countries, Intertek’s network of science-based, highly technically skilled individuals and teams enable global and local businesses overcome the complex quality, safety and sustainability challenges of the globe.

5:00 Arrive back at UTDallas. All students attending must ride with and stay will group until return. 

Other important information regarding field trip:

• Minor students are not allowed to attend trip due to other policies and procedures. All adults students registered will need to complete paperwork two weeks in advance of trip. 
• Regarding the dress code, we have a casual dress code. Be sure that any graphics, logo, or text on their clothing be appropriate for business, as it is common to have clients at site. 
• Photos cannot be taken while in the lab at Intertek. 

• Pre-Trip Orientation Feb 6^th virtually from 2-3pm. Students must turn in documents by Feb 12^th.
  • Each student needs to review and e-sign (not type) the following form.
    • “Release and Indemnification Agreement for Adults”
    • “Medical Information and Release Form-Adult”
  • Students can take pictures at facility. The only exception are pictures in the lab due to customer NDAs.
• Students will also be asked to complete Post-Field Trip Survey in Qualtrics
