In partnership with AT&T Stadium, Intercultural Programs (ICP) will sponsor fifty (50) students to visit this impressive stadium to learn facts and figures about one of the world’s largest domed structures, including works of art displayed throughout the stadium, which wonderfully enhances the iconic architecture of the building. Beginning at the Main Club, the tour includes the print media press box, the Cotton Bowl Office vestibule, the Dr Pepper Star Bar, the Ford Motor Company Fountain, the Miller Lite Club, the postgame interview room, and both the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders locker rooms. Participants will learn about the history of the stadium, the many details and work that go into a safe and successful event, and why American football is such a predominant competitive sport in the U.S. and beyond.
Criteria and instructions for this cultural trip will be published on June 2.
If you've been interested in this modern marvel and everything it takes to pull off a major venue event, this is your opportunity!
