Dia De Los Muertos Celebration

Día de los Muertos (translation: Day of the Dead) is a multi-day cultural holiday celebrated within the Latinx community that focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died, and help support their spiritual journey. Hispanic student organizations collaborate with the Multicultural Center to host festival activities such as do it yourself (DIY) flower crowns and traditional Catrin face painting booths that educates attendees on the significance of the holiday.

We invite you to bring pictures of your loved ones to place on our altar to honor during this program.
