Virtual Event
In this workshop, we will review formatting requirements and address many of the common issues students have while working on their dissertations/theses in the Word template. We will walk through setting up the template and formatting the major sections before Chapter 1. Please have access to a computer with Word, a copy of the most recent version of our Word template downloaded to your computer, as well as your working dissertation/thesis manuscript. Our template can be found at: graduate.utdallas.edu/current_students/dissertation_and_thesis/.
NOTE: This workshop is intended for students using the Microsoft Word template, not the LaTex template.
Persons with disabilities may submit a request for accommodations to participate in this event at UT Dallas' ADA website. You may also call (972) 883-5331 for assistance or send an email to ADACoordinator@utdallas.edu. All requests should be received no later than 10 business days prior to the event.
