This has been, and continues to be, a difficult time for many, and it can feel like there is a lack of control with everything going on in the world. This is a space for students to connect, reflect, and engage in care for yourself and your peers. The Student Counseling Center, the Center for Students in Recovery, and the Basic Needs Resource Center will provide engaging activities including community art, guided journaling, and a sensory space where you have the opportunity to tap into your five senses and create a box filled with items to support calming stress.
The Community Art activity as well as the guided journaling will be held at the Gaming Wall (SSA 12.310) and the Sensory activity will be held nearby in the room near the auditorium, SSA 12.471
SSA Gaming Wall Lounge (SSA 12.310), SSA 12.471
