Dr. Greenwald will present current scientific and cultural knowledge of gender identity and expression and will speak about the ways in which corporate/professional cultures are evolving to be more inclusive and diverse. She will also talk about how, from a career perspective, individuals can identify affirming work environments and advocate for cultural growth and change in the workplace. Intersectionality, power dynamics, and social justice advocacy perspectives will be integrated throughout the presentation.
About Dr. Greenwald
Dr. Greenwald specializes in gender/sexual identity, sexuality, cultural identity intersectionality, trauma recovery, and graduate psychology training and supervision. She is a licensed psychologist and assistant
professor for the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical School.
