How Perusall Promotes Social Learning

Guest speaker:  Michael Rosenberg

Do you want your students to read before coming to class?  Do you want to be sure that they are thinking about the reading assignments, and sharing their thinking with each other?  An increasingly popular and versatile tool for facilitating these interactions is Perusall, a social reading platform available to students within eLearning.  Perusall allows students and instructors to digitally annotate readings (with text, links, and embedded content).  Please join CTL in welcoming Michael Rosenberg, who will provide an introduction to using Perusall in your face-to-face, online, or hybrid courses, lab meetings, or discussion groups.  Michael is the Vice President of Sales for Perusall.  He has promoted educational technology for more than twenty years and has spent a career finding audiences for innovative pedagogical ideas.
