Thursday, August 18 at 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Virtual Event

Speaker: Selena Bartlett, PhD
Queensland University of Technology

When: Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 4:00-5:00PM CT

Title: How to Have a Thriving Mind

Join us for a special edition talk with neuroscientist, professor, podcaster of Thriving Minds and author of Smashing Mindset, Dr. Selena Bartlett. She will share how to retrain your brain to reboot, recharge and reinvent your way to freedom. We will never understand where our brain came from, but we can control the brain we create moving forward. This is the beauty of neuroplasticity. We can overcome the things stopping us from moving forward, like the food we eat and even stress inherited over generations.

Selena Bartlett, PhD, is Group Leader of Addiction and Obesity at the Translational Research Institute, Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation, and Professor in Clinical Sciences at the Queensland University of Technology.

Virtual talks will take place on Zoom.

BrainHealth Presents Spring Season will be virtual in 2022 and registration will be completely free of charge!

Please register to attend this special talk.
