Title: Identification of Novel Chronic Pain Targets Using Sickle Cell Disease Mice

Dr. Sadler is a neurobiologist who uses animal models to characterize the molecules and circuits involved in sensory transmission. She is particularly interested in understanding how pain is coded by the central and peripheral nervous system using transgenic mouse models of sickle cell disease.
