Understanding diversity and learning how to manage its complexity is, perhaps, among the most important challenges we face today. The need to remove barriers and understand the changing nature of the workforce and our communities is paramount. To this end, the talk will examine the need for creating diverse and inclusive work environments and discuss stereotypes and biases we face.
