The iceberg is frequently used as an analogy to graphicaly demonstrate the visible and invisible elements of a culture. Join Intercultural Programs (ICP) to discuss the distinction between visible (objective) cultural manifestations and others that can only be (subjective) guessed or assumed such as values, norms, beliefs. Practical recommendations will be provided to overcome differences among cultures to enhance good and respectful understanding and cooperation.
