If intercultural misunderstandings, the results can be of significant interruptions and losses, impacting sales, satisfaction of customers, and commercial partnerships. Join Intercultural Programs (ICP) and Dr. Monica Brussolo, Director of the Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management Program, to discuss the relevance of effective interculturalism in supply chain management, while identifying academic challenges and professional opportunities.
