Local produce and fresh foods abound at UTD Dining’s monthly Pop-Up Farmers' Market! In partnership with Intercultural Programs for iWeek 2025, UTD Dining will create a globally inspired fusion menu. Featured cuisines will have three or more cultures thoughtfully combined and an international spice cart to enhance your experience.
