Juneteenth Book Club Meeting #1

The Juneteenth Planning Committee presents the inaugural Juneteenth Book Club. Join us as we read Mule Bone: A Comedy of Negro Life by Langston Hughes and Zora Neale Hurston. Drawing on Southern black oral tradition and folklore, the play features such customs as “mule-talking,” a type of verbal one-upmanship. Register to Join the club!
