CTL Webinar for All Faculty, Staff, and Graduate TAs
Keeping the Personal Touch with Students Remotely
Facilitated by Dr. Paul Diehl and Dr. Karen Huxtable
Please join us for a discussion of why and how to create intentional, habitual connections with students in the remote teaching and learning environment. How do we build a sense of community without intruding on students’ privacy, maintain frequent contact without overwhelming our own time constraints, and recapture the human connections that make teaching, in any modality, so rewarding? The routines and habits developed by experienced online teachers provide an evidence base to build our own practices.
