As a teacher, Monique’s online program The 10 Minute Mind® is used in over 50 universities and colleges worldwide, including every college and university in New York City. Monique has recently completed beta testing of her new 8-week online course, The Happiness Baseline. Monique is also an internationally recognized musician and has toured internationally as a musician for almost two decades.
