Synopsis: The film explores the life and music of Elvis Presley, and the complicated relationship with his manager, Colonel Tom Parker. from Presley's rise to fame to his unprecedented stardom, against the backdrop of the evolving cultural landscape and loss of innocence in America.

What is a Cinematheque?
The Cinematheque program strives to create an appreciation of film by screening indie, art-house and classic films. Each Cinematheque screening is followed by a discussion with guest speakers related to subjects and themes from the featured film.
Who is Meteor Theater?
Meteor Theater is a student-run film experience programming board. Events coordinated by Meteor Theater include screening popular movies on campus, hosting film discussions and workshops, and planning an annual Cosmic Film Festival.
