Join the Office the Office of Graduate Education to discuss the NIH Predoctoral Individual Fellowships (F31 and F31 Diversity). The F-31 is one of the most distinguished honors that a young scholar can receive, and it sets up a pathway for future NIH funding at the postdoctoral and professorial levels. But applying to the NIH F-31 is a multi-layer process that requires understanding how to navigate the multiple institutes within the NIH, contacting program officers, securing a faculty mentor, and other components. This session is the first step in that process.

This event is in-person but also will be presented over Teams. Register at https://utdallas.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_aXjOMvKWHn37nRc to get any updates about this event and the Teams link.

NOTE: Eligibility for NIH individual fellowships is limited to individuals who are U.S. citizens, U.S. non-citizen nationals, and U.S. permanent residents at the time of award.
