The North Texas Cochlear Implant (CI) Symposium provided a trans-disciplinary panel of speakers who explained the relationship between communication outcomes and daily device use, provided strategies for lexical-semantic organization used by typically developing children, and described how to assess barriers to effective vaccination practices and identify underserved CI patient populations among other topics.
