A partial-day job shadowing on November 3, 2022, that pairs college students with Dallas-area commercial real estate professionals.

Students and Industry Professionals will be paired with the intent of spending half a day (~4 hours) together as the student shadows the Industry Professional, learning about their job and the commercial real estate industry. The day will conclude with pairs attending NTCAR’s Commercial Real Estate Expo, where students will have the opportunity to make more connections within the industry and will be invited to join members of the NTCAR Young Professionals Forum for networking immediately following the Expo. Program open to rising juniors and seniors.

The pairing process with a student and NTCAR Professional:
The pairing will be based on compatibility between students’ indicated interests in their application and Industry Professional’s background. We will do our best to pair all applicants but cannot guarantee a match.

Important dates:
- September 30, 2022 Applications and Industry Professional Interest Forms due by 5 PM
- October 12, 2022 Pairings announced. Shadowing guidelines and Expo information sent to pairs.
- November 3, 2022 Job Shadowing Day and NTCAR Expo
