All About Balance: Definition, Measurement & Theory
Abstract: This research discusses the construct of work-nonwork balance and a program of research which explores it is detail. The discussion will involve defining work-nonwork balance, measuring it, and a conceptual model depicting how it emerges. Results of a preliminary version of the conceptual model using meta-SEM will be discussed as well as the full conceptual model.
