This PMP® Exam Preparation course is specifically designed to prepare participants to successfully pass the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam based on the PMBOK® Guide – Eighth Edition and the current PMI® Exam Content Outline.
The course provides focused, exam-aligned coverage of the people, process, and business environment performance domains across predictive, agile and hybrid approaches. Instruction emphasizes PMI® terminology, concepts and principles as they are tested on the PMP® exam, with targeted practice questions and exam strategies integrated throughout.
Delivered in an instructor-led format, the course is aligned with PMI® standards and fulfills the 35 contact hours of formal project management education required to apply for the PMP® certification exam.
