"Work-life balance" has long since been touted as something the American workforce is lacking. When the pandemic arrived and businesses began operating remotely, many employees began to see the lack of balance and boundaries that exists between work and home life. Today, work-life balance isn't something only pursued by employees. Students have begun finding themselves struggling to find balance. This workshop aims to define self-compassion and how it can be developed to increase self-awareness and the need of balance.
