Join the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology for this year’s spring play, She Kills Monsters—a high-octane dramatic comedy by acclaimed playwright Qui Nguyen.
The play follows Agnes Evans as she leaves her childhood home in Ohio after the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes discovers Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she is catapulted into an action-packed journey through the fantastical world that once served as her sister’s refuge.
Filled with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, epic battles and 90s pop-culture nostalgia, She Kills Monsters is both a heart-pounding adventure and a moving exploration of grief, identity and the bonds of sisterhood. It’s a celebration of the geek and warrior within us all.
Free admission. Seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking Information:

Use Google Maps to navigate to Parking Structure 3 (PS3) and park in a park in a Gold or Orange space (only Gold is available for 2.26). Once parked, visit our Venues page to obtain turn-by-turn walking directions to University Theatre.
If you'd like to avoid using the interactive campus map, simply walk south from PS3 and turn left before you reach Jonsson Academic Center (JO). This route avoids stairs. If you turn after you've walked past JO, you'll need to walk down the stairs along the side of the building.
The entrance to University Theatre is on the east side of JO and faces east. There are picnic tables in front of the entrance.
