Quantitative modeling and its application to the auto-finance business

This event aims to reach out to UTD talents with a quantitative background. In this event, the Santander team will explain the landscape of the auto-finance industry, the business model of Santander Consumer USA, and how quantitative modeling contributes to auto loan/lease lending. The presenters will cover topics such as modeling methodologies, data treatment, and how models and empirical analysis inform decision-making in the corporate world. They will also talk about hiring practices in Santander. There will be time reserved for Q&A. We look forward to a productive conversation with UTD faculty and students.
