Stop by for coffee and croissants and learn about the Faculty-Led Program in Toulouse, France in June 2025. This come-and-go event is your chance to explore how you can earn UT Dallas credit while experiencing the culture and history of southern France.
The program features two UT Dallas courses. SOC 1306 - Contemporary Social Issues focuses on topics like immigration, education, and the environment. A special focus on public health will include field research and visits to the Museum of the History of Medicine and a French public hospital where students will meet with physicians.
The second course, PSCI 3303 - Civil Liberties, examines free speech, religious liberty, and issues like racial and sex discrimination. This class takes a comparative approach, offering insights into how foundational rights are upheld in both the U.S. and France.
Come chat with Dr. Carol Cirulli Lanham and Dr. Thomas Gray, grab a coffee and croissant, and learn how this program could make your summer unforgettable. Applications are now open!
