Let’s all inhale (deep breath), exhale (deep breath), and dance! The Wellness Center in collaboration with the Multicultural Center presents Trap Yoga, a style of yoga that combines the physical asana practice with trap music, a type of hip-hop that originated in the southern United States. Yoga instructor, Donisha Reed, will walk us through meditation and yoga moves while playing trap music.
