Join the University Career Center for our Fall ’25 All Majors Job and Internship Fair, a one-day event focused on connecting UT Dallas students from various academic disciplines with employers across all industries.

Fall 2025 Job and Internship Fair Dates and Times:

All Majors: Wednesday, September 10th, 2025

10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.

Location: Activity Center, Main Gym (842 Loop Rd SW, Richardson, TX 75080)
Please note: If you are using Apple Maps you should type in "UTD Activity Center”

Entry to the fair will close at 3 p.m. on each day, or, when the venue reaches capacity. Being in line does not guarantee entry to the event.

Please be advised: Historically, students begin lining up for the fair several hours before it begins, so please keep this in mind when planning your arrival at the event.

Career fairs offer valuable exposure to employers and information about job opportunities. It's a chance to network with organizations, learn about their culture, and gauge if they're a good fit for you. Recruiters attend to meet candidates, discuss their application processes, collect resumes, and raise awareness about their organization. Don't miss this valuable opportunity to connect with recruiters, showcase your skills, and prepare for your future.

A physical Comet Card is strongly encouraged. Bring multiple printed copies of your resume. For help polishing up your resume a head of time, you can make an appointment with a career consultant here: https://career.utdallas.edu/appointments/

(This career fair is not open to the public. Only current UTD students or UTD alumni may attend).

Wait times to enter UCC Job and Internship Fairs may exceed one (1) hour. The UCC will be enforcing reasonable measures to keep the lines moving. However, please keep in mind that attendees that get in line an hour before the doors close may not be able to enter the venue and attend the event.

Please avoid bringing any bags inside the venue. Folders to carry resumes are perfectly acceptable.
