"The mission of the Universal Access ERG is to be a strategic partner with UT Dallas to advance the inclusion and engagement of all UTD employees with disabilities through advocacy and education, and to promote the formation of community among employees with and without disabilities. People with disabilities are at greater risk for marginalization and exclusion, and fequently experience barriers to participation and access; therefore, groups like Universal Access ERG are needed."
