Breaking Down Bias

Date: Wednesday, March 23, 2022
Time: 3:00-4:00pm

Location: Microsoft Teams (Virtual Series)

Description: This diversity and identity-based workshop’s goal is to open up dialogue on bias and awareness within medicine and health care. In particular, how biases affect the medical care of women of color. What does research and history show on the mortality rate of women of color? Join us for a discussion on how awareness of unconscious biases can bring about change.
